Guide rail

The X-axis uses four 55mm Taiwan Shangyin roller-type linear guide rails, with low frictional resistance, more suitable for heavy workpiece processing, and one slider every 740mm on each linear rail of the X-axis.

Lubrication

Automatic lubrication system, using a closed-loop continuous oil injection machine, can ensure sufficient lubricating oil at each lubrication point; each sliding surface and ball screw are distributed according to the oil circuit, the oil quantity is controlled separately, the circulating lubrication time can be set as needed, and it is equipped with a low oil quantity control device. The cooling water tank uses a split design, which makes the chips easy to clean and the cooling water easy to replace.

Chip remover, tool magazine
